The Cottages
Lavalley Bay Cottages has 10 two and three bedroom cottages available. Each cottage is equipped with:
- Fridge & Stove
- Microwave
- Coffee maker
- Dishes & Cutlery
- Pots & Pans
- Woodstove
- Gas BBQ
- Fire-Pit & Picnic Table
- Wood is provided
- Boat rental is available
All of the rental cottages have been inspected by our staff, and meet high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. All have fully equipped kitchens, washrooms with 3 pieces (toilet, sink, shower) and many other amenities to make your vacation a pleasant one. Typically, our rentals will accommodate from 4 to 6 persons with a maximum number party size established for each cottage.

Waterfront has 900 feet of private lake front and 300 ft of sandy beach, natural shorelines with deep water access. Each cottage is unique. Some will meet the needs of the most discriminating clientele while others will suit those who want something more basic and "cottagey".

- 8% provincial sales tax on Boat & Motor + 6% GST
- If boat shared by 2 families - $40.00 extra
- If cottage is occupied by 2 families - $80.00 extra
- Extra guests $20.00/day/person
- A 33% deposit is required with all reservations
- Balance cash or certified cheque
- Check-in time 3:30 p.m. (Saturday)
- Check-out time 9:30 a.m. (Saturday)
- Sorry, no pets, no camping
- Please bring your own bedding and towels
